The artificial grass consists of three components which are fiber, backing, and coating.

Raw materials for artificial fiber are polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), and polyamide(Nylon). It’s necessary to add anti-aging, anti-UV, different colors and other additives.

The fiber of sports turf will be made of polyethylene(PE), while the thatch of the landscaping grass will be made of polypropylene(PP). But, the new generation of products does not use one material only. Because of polyethylene and polypropylene, each has different properties. So we must mix these materials by applying scientific proportions. To produce a fiber with ideal performance.

Backing

Coating
